10/20 HIIT
Nice day of an early morning HIIT session, hit it hard cause theres only a few left!
HIIT on the Acr Trainer, 5 min warm up @ level 15 and level 5 incline, 17 sprints @ level 35, 3 min cool down @ level 15.
