11/30 Back & Delts

Went in and killed it today. Kept things moving quickly and made solid gains on every exercise, especially db shoulder presses.

Rope Pulldowns - 90/10, 105/10/12
DB Press - 40/10, 50/8, 65/6/6/6
Front DB Raises - 15/11/10/10
