Sick workout, wasn't too pumped about it heading into it but after squat warm ups it was on! Nailed 3 plates on squat for 4 solid sets and kept it going through the rest of the workout. Word!
Squats - 3 warms, 315/3/3/3/4
SLDL - 2 warms, 295/3/3
One Arm Rows - 2 warms, 80/5/5
CG Pulldowns - 1 warm, 180/3/3
Barbell Curls - 1 warm, 85/3/3
